That's how we roll

Had a few lasagne sheets I didn't know what to do with. Don't even know why I had them. I never make lasagne.
Bought a few nice ingredients to go with them and added a few supplies from the pantry.
Cooked up the pasta. Drained and set aside. Tossed some red kidney beans in a bowl, added spices and oil and mashed to a paste.
Grated some carrot and finely chopped an onion.
Tossed the veg into the bowl and mixed up with some grated cheddar cheese.
Sliced some celery into strips. This knife stuff is a lot harder than it looks on telly. No Masterchef here.
Laid out the pasta sheets with a leaf of lettuce. Added a dollop of beans and some celery.
 Rolled up into nice tight rolls.
Into a hot saute pan and shallow fry with a few tinned chopped tomato.
Yummy.
