Prawn to be wild

Had a few heavy meals the past few days, so I wanted something lighter.

Marinated these prawns for an hour in lemon juice, lime juice, a little sugar and some chili flakes. Served with an oriental stir-fry, pickled daikon and vermicelli noodles with a little fry-pan sauce.

Nice crisp and refreshing dinner with a spicy kick.
