Easy home made bread

Mix up the ingredients. Flour, yeast, water, salt, a little olive oil, plus a little sugar because North American flour isn't self-raising and you need something to give the yeast a boost.

I also added a little garlic powder and some dried Italian herbs.



Mix, knead well and leave for a few hours until it doubles in size.

Roll out into small loaves, pop on a paper-lined tray and bake for about half an hour. Leave to cool, and how yummy are they.



And how even yummier are they with a simple spaghetti.
