This soup packs in bags of flavour, thanks, I reckon, to my home-made stock. But I can't seem to do much about the rather insipid colour.
Still, it goes down a treat. It doesn't get any raves when it hits the table. But once tasted, it gets scarfed down in a hurry.
And I am really getting into this flatbread thing.
Of course, it is a lot easier to make nice flatbread when you're not rolling it out with a coffee cup.
