I get to use the big mondo mega mixatronic machine-o-matic. I just love this thing. It's so industrial.
Mix all the ingredients in the bowl. I added some dried herbs partly for flavour but mostly because it makes the dough look all rustic.
Knead with the dough hook for about 10 minutes. Set aside to proof for a few hours. Then divide up the dough in two, roll out and add your toppings.
Cook for 15 minutes on a high oven. They came out pretty well though not really crisp on the bottom. To be honest, I really don't think you can get away without a proper pizza stone.
