Rocking rolls

Rice paper rolls with a spicy dipping sauce.

UPDATE: Took the leftover rolls and shallow-fried them. What a huge improvement. So lovely and crispy. Next time, I'll want to roll them tighter and more rounded, but the basics are there. This is a quick and easy way to make something that looks and tastes much fancier than it actually is.
